Can someone explain to me how the new Viva Engage (Yammer) for S&T community is going to make anything better? Oh, wait! Silly question. It won't! It's just one more flailing attempt to mask incompetent leaders and the headsman around every corner. Buyer beware!

Have been in two team meetings with senior S&T staff from 3 continents this week, global agreement, meeting was complete pointless s**t show. Take it together with Athina telling us "you all have a role in the new org" in the previous townhall, followed immediately by mass layoffs, what does this tell us about PepsiCo senior management now ?

I drove 2 hours to purchase for this cr-p?? Senior Leadership is OUT OF TOUCH.. no acknowledgment or sympathy of the low level employees worries about lay offs..

Please go on Glassdoor to warn future S&T employees not to come..

Athina doesn't deliver again. In other townhalls she promised to give more details about the changes, timelines, a vision for S&T, and more participation of the leadership team, however she continues to appear unprepared. She just doesn't care. Her HR and communications teams care we incapable or too afraid to stand up. Her remarks are out of place and she goes off-rails with comments so out of touch and disrespectful. She loves to hear herself talk but she is not very good at talking. Her direct reports (have you seen how many of them they are?) are learning her style and wants, be mouthpieces to echo to the talking points. They cannot be questioned, difficult topics will be swept under the rug, you will be noticeable only if you contribute with a success story to position herself as the next CEO.

Also, OHS is bad and it will get worse, everybody knows it. What is the attrition in S&T if we consider the layoffs?

I am beyond shocked. Let us start - there was no coherent message for first 10-15min. What level of disorganization is this? There was a lot of insecurities at play. The rest of the townhall was beyond a disgrace. I am left with one comment, there is no hope left in this org. If this was Ramon's choice... titanic already got a massive hole and it is sinking fast.
It also show cased how out of touch these people are. I am really angry. No input about how much impact the layoffs are having. No mention on the roadmap, where are the opportunities for growth are. You expect us to work for level of mo--nic leadership.... No wonder why we will continue to not grow because of this level of rubbish at the top. Dont expect us to work over and beyond when we all know there is no future.

Hey people, what the hack was this today with ST town hall ??? Over hour wasted for nothing. Listening to big boys clapping their shoulders and that's it. I feel ashamed to work in a company that has so weak leadership, no vision, no strategy.

Lost for words really. Leadership should be ashamed of themselves. There was nothing to gain from this meeting and we all left with the same uncertainty from the last meeting.

The overall tone was evident that moving forward leaders will only choose to discuss what Athena wants. Takeaway- OHS scores appeared fabricated and gave a false narrative of the sentiment. S&T responsibilities was all talk. There was no clear acknowledgement of the undertaking of org design.

Athena mentioned this quarter was a success.. did everyone read the same quarterly earnings report?

Townhall Q&A lacked depth and it was evident that moving forward no tough questions are going to be addressed.

What a waste of time. There is nothing new, no org design announcements, no acknowledgment of layoffs...nothing! It feels an awful lot like they're trying to show how great S&T is even when the headsman is waiting around every corning and might be waiting around the corner for the next few months. When your career is actively under threat (outside of the regular end of year + Feb), you can't expect to keep up morale or productivity... no matter how many ra ra speeches. I agree with the other comment...such a disappointment!

I am speechless and very angry. Where is the org design updates that Athina promised? I can't believe HR just wasted all that time on the townhall telling us about Adam's family and hobbies, career conversation, and training opportunities when the majority of the audience don't know if they are staying in PepsiCo. I am extremely disappointed.
