German team members have been notified number of people to be let go. Avaya’s consultant presented to the wc and it was the most stupid useless meetings they’ve ever had for a long time. Disgusting.

German employees basically were told that either take the early retirement settlement now with a financial premium, or risk getting fired later with much less exit package. This is against the German labor laws.
