Region Directors joined past week to review Q1 and Q2 expected weak performance. And after hundreds of people that were let go during Q1 still poor sales comes from s#tty leadership in that department (i.e head of sales). A big hole several tens of millions in %OI are missing....expect more lay offs.

When the segment ki-ls a product ... that can sure have some knock on effects.
Other regions now are independent. However... what about the segments? Did anyone understood what they do? Can segmants tell regions to lay people off?
What about the other regions?
