Simply, we are intended to “be” not “do.” Never forget the value of being present and in the moment. There will always be plenty to do, but there is only one now. Be in the now

It’s a nice reminder, but with budget cuts, small raises, lots of work, seeing colleagues let go and harassed plus the lack of recognition and rewards our ‘be’ is ‘do’ at least for some period of the day.
