In similar news, the new CEO of Mcdonald's will layoff most of it's service staff, stop making food and only sell paper clips. So far customer satisfaction is at an all time high since they can not get past AI on the web or speak to any live person.

Not sure how they're going to sell IT services when it will be provided by HCL. Companies are already dropping offshore support since the chickens have come back roost. Saving money by pi----g off your customers made perfect sense for 5 minutes... another short sighted decision from people who know nothing.
