Arch resources announces possible layoffs. I wonder what that means for coal traffic

So UP laid off a bunch of mechanical employees in LA right before losing a major contract. Now they laid off Denver employees possibly right before a coal company lays people off.
Maybe to find out where UP layoffs are going to be, look for strong rumors of changes at big customers.
