I think a lot of people were disappointed with the company and how they handled it. There is so much I'll will towards the company internally it's unreal. I have never seen it this bad. They would have been better off doing mandatory cuts in the groups left out in Jan. Then next month ask for volunteers across all BUs. Or they should have asked for volunteers in Jan
