Doesn't it just make you sick to see TC out there in the press spewing the same garbage month after month? Then you have all the clowns he surrounds himself around, his yes men and women minions. In addition, the puppet he brought in for HR has zero thoughts of her own. TC wants only non-thinkers around him, he is a former IBMer who IBM didn't want but is babysit by Mubadala's spy TB. What a cr-p show going on in this company.
Personally, I really hate this place but every time I go to leave, they give me another retention bonus and another bucket of stock options, so I've decided to just read papers and take online courses to update skills/resume instead of doing any work until my retention bonuses and RSUs vest or I can get the right package to leave. Every six months I come in with another offer and make them pay and they are d-mb enough to. I continue to tell my management to go pound sand every time they want me to teach low-cost geo folk's stuff. If they continue to give me additional retention bonuses and RSUs then I'll just continue to improve my resume putting in a minimal amount of time, taking more online courses during work hours and get a free ride. It seems the less I try or less I do around this place the more they value me, got to love it when your management has no idea of what and how much you do but think what little you do is critical to the company.
Summer is coming and so is golf season, I plan on instead of WFH I'll be WFGC. Thanks TC for hiring brain dead SLT members who are d-mb enough to continue funding me because again they aren't intelligent enough to understand what I do. As much as I hate this place, the deal is too good to leave. To think at one time, I put in so much time and effort but not anymore, those days are long gone. Time to start searching for my next offer!!
