Can you give more details on these changes without dropping names or else anybody can just hop on here and post anything. What's the point of "anonymous posting"

Notice on Wednesdays, leave on Fridays. Managers are often not aware that their teams are impacted, employees are selected by HR.
Why would anyone vote this thread down? The OP is merely stating a fact. Unless it's a Layoff lack of different reaction buttons. Reacting to the threads can be confusing on this site.
