Lumen is way too top heavy.
They are getting rid of all the workers with knowledge which is stupid but adding to STL ongoing????
When they put out the email about asking foe volunteers in Marxh 18th, there was a major slap in the face when KJ put out the RAH investor info the same day.
Many of us felt- why are we bothering?
Building and transitioning from people up is a farce right now. They mean, building from people up with new people who don't know what they are doin? Oh but helping revenue. Come on KJ and LUMEN. They way you are handling all this is asinine. I used to get Inspired after KJ talks. Now I feel this all is a load of bullsh......

A recruiter on linked in mentioned she was trying to fill positions at Lumen. Many of the same positions they were RIF-ing. I mean they don't train their people, so I guess the new model is to RIF the old and hire the new (with skills they want).
They are hiring a Director level role within Talent Management to further inundate DTL. This is disgusting. So much for “I’ve got your back!” Remember those words?
That’s for 166 VP/SVP/EVP and “C” suite level jobs.
