Thread regarding IBM layoffs

when are salary increases communicated this year?

I'm in software, got excellent reviews, so far no communication about salary increase. Does that mean I will get no increase?

  1. 2% which is lowest in my tenure here, even lower than one I got during covid. Didn’t ceo so proudly share the great results and biggest pool out of 10 yrs?

To clarify - 1.3% not 3%

It's frustrating, really. I got mine communicated yesterday, and to say I'm disappointed would be a huge understatement. 3%, that's it. The reason why I'm so pi---d is that during the past 12 months, I took on 1.2 FTE additional workload on top of what I'm doing, got exceptional rating for both business outcomes and skills and literally saved the company millions thanks to a SW licensing solution I implemented. All that, for 3%. I'm officially done with this company

I was told I wouldn't be eligible for an increase as apparently I'm a low performers.

Calm down Skippy, managers just received the green light to communicate. They have until next Friday.
