Unfortunate Q1 earning report

Today’s earnings report does not bode well for Quaker and the US overall. Stand by for major announcements and massive changes to the business structure.

Anyone else find it a funny coincidence that Morgan Stanley - the same bank that handles PepsiCo's internal stock options / awards program - wrote a bullish post-earnings investment note about the company after what were, objectively, mediocre earnings?

Especially odd, given other banks' silence on the matter. I'm not saying this constitutes stock price manipulation but I'm just saying. It'll be curious if this buys executives time to cash out on their stock awards following the post earnings blackout period before the stock price corrects in a downward fashion given the weakness in domestic sales.

Not good.
Loosing share and volume in the most critical beverage and snack market, but "Hey we are on pace with productivity and sustainability targets".
