SH leadership is embarrassingly incompetent. Talk about a potent mix of delusion and entitlement. Don’t take my word for it, just walk through the halls of Mounds View these days to hear employees outspokenly bash their leaders.
Fiscal related my butt. Rash of hiring in my area after RIFing the older employees. Then a rumored good bonus?? Not fiscal, just an excuse to cut people.
Several folks let go today in Santa Rosa, and at least one in Galway. Was told it was not part of a fiscal related lay off, but rather the end result of the ongoing reorg.
