Sure, I’m probably naive to think they would appropriately “right-size” given the track record over the past year, but I just glanced at LinkedIn and I am shocked by the number of extraordinary colleagues and business partners who got the letter. How did these names get picked? Did they read the rankings backwards and pick the best employees by accident? Was it politics? I’m so sorry for everyone who is going through this. For those of us who are left (for now), I hope we can share and vouch for these great teammates. Networking is everything. Good luck to you and I wish you the best.

It wasn't just higher salaried folks. I know a few people who got let go, who were actually pretty beneficial with helping crown maintain their records. There's certain higher ups who I think should be let go because it looks like they have no clue on what they're doing.
