So we have all heard the rumor that sites are closing due to restructuring , but does anyone know how many sites we have in total ? And how many sites we are keeping ?

Melbourne Building F near Hibiscus is being rationalized. Many people not working and hiding all day. Make a new resume S.
100 locations are going to be closed apparently, based on the numbers above! This is scary!
Looking at the investor day presentation (available on the L3Harris site for all to see), here are some interesting tidbits from the IMS portion:
- they mention "Reducing footprint"
- Move from 24 reporting units to 3
- Move from 102 sites to about 70
And that's just in the IMS sector. In the CEO section, Kube says: "Proceeds from non-core assets provide opportunity to accelerate target leverage achievement"
I think what that last part means is more divestitures to come. Wonder how many will be those excess "reporting units" and sites in IMS.
The 2023 investor day presentation says they will "rationalize facilities from 275 to 200."
Rationalize... a new corporatespeak euphemism for closing plants and laying people off.
