Damn sh-t holes. "Mental health day" is a joke when it meets the tension of fear. Only psychopaths feel well in this great work place.
The axe is indeed coming to Europe. Don’t expect a big layoff announcement; It’s already happening. Be prepared and move away now!
They are refusing to give any information or updates now since September, just told to wait and see what will happen, we know something is coming but have no idea of the scale or the timing, it is feeling very bad to not be able to plan for the future, but when asked, the top managers literally say they have no plans to share any information with us.
I know of at least one manager that took over a project a few years ago which started with 5 very good and proven engineers. He's the only one still standing on that project today out of the original team!
That should be punishment enough IMHO. Miss-management is ki-ling (has already ki-led) this company and layoffs won't help with that.
