job elimination but kept recent hires

Recent hired people were not let go but someone who had been with company for 13 years was let go. BTOs acts as if they can boss around EOT. Just ridiculous!!! HR need to conduct exit interviews, simply because they are laying off people who are not their favorites. Such bunch of teacher's pets. They should eliminate Sr Director, Director and mangers. Should have only tech leads and the so called Sr Tech leads are again only promoted if they are kiss management's bottom.

Freddie is such a political organization where useless CTO came with big dump a-s folks from Travelport and ruined the company reputation by kicking off unnecessary projects and terminated old hard working employees increasing d-mbasss travelport a--holes from Atlanta teavelport

layoffs on the pretext of performance issues or job eliminations continuing, as recent as last month. Mgmt retaining favorites and letting everyone else go. very unfair.
