With the last month of Q2 to go, it's seems the factory (large plant) is having significant demand being pushed out. Wonder if the rest of you are also seeing the same trend? Any potential layoffs in 2024?

Ours is extremely slow (large plant). We're so far ahead that there's no work and sales seem low. It honestly feels like the company is setup to fail and it's being done intentionally.
