Toxic leaders are driven by ego, thrive on control, and suppress the creativity and innovation of their team. This applies to Thomas, Krishna, Kavanaugh, Wright, Adashek and the rest of the clueless and incompetent IBM leadership.
Great leadership does not exist inside IBM any more.
I am hearing most of the IBM technology sales folks think RT is incompetent and he has completely demoralized global sales
