Deliverables. Would that be applicable to sales reps having a travel budget for customer visits with the goal of understanding their application, recommending a product that meets their needs, and ultimately delivering sales for 3M?

I might rephrase the question to what are legal’s deliverables’. Travel budget is somewhat irrelevant unless the deliverables are understood.

There is no reason a discussion of 3M’s legal spending and global legal meeting should receive negative responses. Many BG leaders are being told to cut budgets and avoid travel but legal can have a global meeting? I think it is a valid question.

Big. Flimflam flies first and has been on a world tour with repeat three day social trips for the past few years. Yet I cannot visit customers.
Real question is who allows legal to spend more than what claims are worth to fight? Stockholders wonder why this company keeps pushing financial bankruptcy moves. Stupid over spending when they should just take accountability and pay claims that they've done wrong in. It's cheaper. Why spend more than a claim just for ego. It doesn't help 3m reputation and it only makes it worse. Horrible run company at the top going down.
