Anyone else wondering when they are going to reinvest in the building upkeep? The elevators are always broken with signs posted on them, paper towel dispensers in the bathrooms continuously break, signs posted all over things that don’t work and they never seem to get fixed. What happened to caring for our employees and their experience in the office?

Speaking of Biggs hall and pride who remembers when they painted the street in front of it “pride colors” then had to literally dig up the street and replace it because the paint was slick when wet and people were falling?
During Covid WFH they spent tons of $$ renovating the campus. Then within a few months of RTO they had to renovate some areas again because there weren’t enough seats for folks post 3 day mandate. I can think of one door in particular that has been replaced multiple times. It started out solid so you couldn’t see if you were about to sm--k someone or get smacked. Replaced with a door with windows in it then replaced with a full glass door. How about the filthy cubes and offices that we have to “share” but never get cleaned? Don’t forget the parking lots with the practicality non existent lines.
They definitely care! Didn’t you see the pride deserts in the cafeteria?
