No one knows what's going on, leadership promotes cliques. People don't feel comfortable speaking up. Directors think they are "making it easy to do work around here" when in reality it's a struggle to get straight answers from anybody

MADDENINGLY EGOTISTIC CALAMITY CENTER (MECC)
MECC is a joke, management is super toxic and they’ve driven any talent away so all that’s left are management who’s career is at a dead end and aren’t wanted elsewhere in the company.
What is MECC? I have not heard of them.
If it’s not that then it’s management thinking they are better than you. When most of them don’t even know what they are doing.
They tried an initiative to ‘Make MECC a career destination’ but they only tracked the number of people who transferred OUT rather than talent they attracted from other sites INTO MECC.
Weren't there some RIFs there, too?
Seems like it’s on purpose
