I work in customer service and I have been on medical leave since March and I am due back on July 1st. My metrics are performance based, will I still get a bonus payout for the months I didnt work?

Thank you so if I havent worked at all in the quarter I will still get a payout :)
Hey! Hope youre feeling better! Usually it will be prorated for the month you work! They keep you at min for the months you don't.
