Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

These may tg clients are breaking my spirit. I’ve never been screamed at , ordered around, or treated like a dog more than this group of clients that have come in. Management does nothing but say “just power through it!”

How can I? I’ve been here going on ten years and it’s never been this bad. No staff, long wait times for everything, and someone’s great grandma telling me to burn in he-l because we moved the button to scroll on the page a millimeter to the right and I personally did that to spite her

We’re ALWAYS busy now. I’m taking calls that aren’t even close to my department and it’s burning me out so bad that I cried while logging in today from dread alone. I’m tough skinned, but this is beyond that.

Don’t worry they will just do more layoffs when volume drops… so think of it as job security

Didn't we all get that 1 day off which we can use between June 1 and Oct 1? I didn't even work on the TG. Any TGs for that matter. We are now all one color. Blue.
