It’s incredible, the overwhelming number of units in consists that have defects. No air compressor, b/o air brakes, no dynamics, phase module faults, auto cutout traction motors, bad safety appliances and on and on ….just little things that are ran off
I dont know about te+y dept, but definitely in engineering and mechanical depts there are nowhere near enough people to SAFELY handle all the needed work. No d-mb survey is gonna fix that. Failures in the track and rolling stock keep piling up and UP claims there are enough people. At every location system wide no locations are understaffed? Everything system wide is working as intended w/o any defects? Every maintenance item and repair system wide is done 100% and it was done without any rushing?
