Ha! If you want to see what a union does for L3Harris employees, take a look at CWA local 447 in Clifton. The company regularly breaches the union contract by allowing non-union employees to do union work, turns it's back on union members who were terminated illegally and refuses to intervene when union members are harassed by management. The union president gets paid 8 hours to sit in his office. But, you won't find him there. He's either walking the parking lot smoking cigars or somewhere off site taking care of personal business. He gets an air conditioned office with a flat screen TV given to him by management. (That's right, a manager gave him the TV and he accepted it!) The NLRB doesn't give a sh-t either. Take your bogus, crooked union and stick it up your a-s.

What L3 sites do you have?
the operations people in Clifton New Jersey are represented by the communications workers of america. they have been for decades. the union membership was disproportionately laid off on April 11th with nearly 1/3 of the union workers being let go. management people are currently doing Union jobs. the union leadership has nothing to say.
