In today’s quarterly meeting the president said the MIP payout would be between 80-95%. Anyone know how your end of year rating factors in? Does a 3 payout at 95% or is that a 5?

If you have a rating of 3, you will get 100% of MIP payout. In your example, if the payout is 80%, a rating of 3 would get 80%.
which president is this? it depends on OU.
Of course, the rest goes to shareholders!
Leadership f***ed up and we get punished with less than 100% MIP. Cool cool cool
