What are thoughts on the employees that did not get laid off? Will there be a second lay off in October? Has anyone heard anything?

I know for sure that there will be another round in around 6 months. Over the last few years that has been the trend. Run while you can.

RUN! There will be more. Most predictions say January. This is Phase 1. PE playbook usually has a first pass and then re-evaluate impact before Phase 2. If they can start generating top line growth with who's left the bottom line will be hit less and less. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

Y'all acting super stupid assuming it's easy to switch jobs. What world do you live in? Have you seen how many layoffs are happening across the industry? What type of privileged people believe this is easy to do in 2024.

PE sets a target on headcount and the Alteryx have no POWER, they will continue to reduce staff . The current leadership team will cash out their payout and leave on Jan 2025 (they have golden handcuff$$ )
Use this time to FIND a new job.

The people who survived the layoffs are most likely on their way out. Former VPs and directors will recruit them elsewhere; it has already happened in field marketing.
Anyone who says a second is coming a day after the first, I can confidently say they are making it up at this point.

Anything that can be outsourced will be. If you work in any sort of non-management role that can be outsourced, gtfo.
Surprised at how many lazy middle managers kept their jobs while their teams got decimated (seemingly randomly).
Many people I've spoken with are only on payroll until their buildings close down at which point they're gone.
