Aside from more layoffs.
I would think both companies will have layoffs. They are not going to lay off all of Marathon employees. Might have early retirement and weed out the dead weight.

Layoffs will not follow any clear pattern and there will be no obvious logic behind them.

Most redundancy layoffs will be on MRO side right? I mean COP is the acquirer.
