KL folks work like WeAreExxonMobil while BTC folks work like WeAreIndia. They are always zealously snatching everything under the sun until Exxon becomes 100% India. The problem
is they don’t have a mirror to look at their own capacity and capability.
no difference, both are training centers. I was supposed to work with a KLTC person but was re-directed to someone in BTC. Low cost pushing work to lower cost.
KLTC is worse than BTC but that still isn’t saying much. KLTC is horrible
BTC has some true id--ts that know nothing and not even trainable. I send them info and photos but they still not understand the basics.
The people that I worked with in KL were competent.
BTC puts KLTC to shame
Quality of people in KL are getting bad. The good ones are leaving the corrupted country for better places with a stronger exchange. What’s left are those protected by the state and take their job for granted.

Where is the work they do that you are referencing? All I see is rework
Based on observations and announced targets, there must be several Executives whose bonuses are tied to BTC.
No matter if we find better or cheaper, BTC expansion means bonuses for key people.
BTC is cheaper than KLTC and that’s all that management cares about.
Remember that KLTC is predominately company employees while BTC is a mix of company with a large contingent of MSP (contractors) who do the bulk of the actual work.
KLTC was by far the better; qualified engineers who had some good experience. But we are transferring operator ship so the training ground for our engineers is going away. Morale is low and people see no future in KL. Therefore BTC will be the winner.
My understanding is that BTC is a lower cost box checking organization. KLTC has some talent with some level of critical problem solving but still lower cost than HC10. Another wards both are needed to PIP everyone.
