If you want to experience Indian culture, go to India and have at it.
We were loaded with woman. Much more efficient now with them gone. Indian culture all the way.

I'm not in to all this male/female quibble, but the female head of legal just hired a male to lead litigation and M&A.
Why didn't she hire a female?
Hopefully because the best person for the job happened to be a man.
Area I work in is Asian dominant in NYC. They don't even try to hide their reverse discrimination now.
It’s me. They told me I could work from home.
Area I work is female dominate. Wish more males were hired because the incompetence in my unit is frustrating.
