Leadership is absolute garbage. Couldn’t help but to laugh while reading all their emails about how we “knocked it out of the park” as the stock tanked. Patting themselves on the back while we all pay the price for their stupidity. “We’ll get them next year”.

There are jobs out there, stop feeling bad for yourself. I put in my notice 4/29 and the last two weeks at my new employer have been amazing, honestly makes me sad for MDT employees thinking it's normal what they put up with. I took a lateral and didn't lose a nickel in comp, go get it - vote with your feet!
Go back to work and stop complaining.
What are we going to do about it? There are no other jobs to jump to. We are at our garbage leadership mercy
