Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

Anyone having problems with COBRA?

I have called the HR Benefits Help Center at least six times over the past month trying to get my premiums & subsidy figured out. I get a different response each time from someone who barely speaks English. When I put in a Help Request it is always closed with a statement that the issue has been resolved but no mention of what the resolution was! I have gotten on a chat with them about as many times as I have called. I am at my wits end! My next step is to file a complaint with the US Department of Labor. Since L3H has government contracts they are held to a higher standard.

If you learn how to barely speak English you might be able to understand the L3Harris HR contractor. It’s a delay ploy, once your required enrollment date has expired your ineligible.

How does COBRA and subsidy works? Long long does L3H subsidize for? Do you pay the the same amount of premium as before the layoff during the subsidy period?

I worked in Greenville. Can only afford it as long as the subsidy lasts. Only me on the insurance thank goodness.
