Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

Rate our bosses?

Anyone know if there is a way to “rate/grade” certain leaders? Outside of glint? Or maybe even on a 3rd party website… Would be great to have a safe way to rate those leaders in the firm, both positively and negatively as it applies.

They do have some websites out there that we can use, they aren’t used much by this firm, but it would be nice to see the good and the bad ones out there. So if you do use the website I’d suggest making posts for those that su-k as a leader and the ones whom lead by example, only fair to give credit to the ones that matter

You rate them by staying or leaving

Wait, what?

Our assessment of those far superior to us is of no import. We should be thrilled that they tolerate our existence. We are expected to watch as our chair gets a huge raise as we get scraps; a raise that will no doubt be missed among the billions as he writes million dollar checks to politicians working to make our lives worse.

How dare you presume that we are intelligent enough to rate our leaders.

In all seriousness, please. They pay millions for Glint and other feedback so they can manipulate the results.

Want to evaluate a “leader?” See if any current or prior direct report seeks them out as a mentor or friend. There are few, and most of them are absolutely not in the “in crowd.”
