The Core business is enriching the invading charlatans that have run the company since 2018. Anyone who, tired of uninspiring insiders running it, thought that maybe an outsider would be refreshing, oh how wrong you were
6 new board members and more money out the door. Remember, per SB, he prioritized where the company would spend available money and he decided to underfund the pension and that eliminated the 100% cash option...it's now 50%. Half the new board members were canned from their previous jobs...at a town hall meeting, SB and JB could not explain the new members.

It's time for a drastic change from the RIGHTY board that left this once powerhouse company high & dry. We definitely need a change towards a more forward-thinking company. I hope the previous management and board have not ruined it beyond repair.

Ken Wilson was supposed to be #7. He was the CEO of Jabil and until he was replaced due to internal investigation concerning corporate policies. The new corrupt board didn't even form yet and it's losing a member. What kind of directors are they recruiting? Creative financing experts?
