Not buying it. The more likely scenario is NS selling places like Juniata and Roanoke in addition to out sourcing some program work and selling off secondary yards.
Orr the Storer. So, Mr Orr, how will you improve Norfolk Southern ? I will store the fleet, close facilities, drop some customers, and focus on nothing except the short term rise in share price. The health of the railroad business is irrelevant. Nothing matters but shareholder gains. Nothing.
