Is it true CRBG changed severance plan to 1 week for every year?

Depends on region e.g in Europe it’s 4 -6 weeks per year
2 weeks for every year. My old company had the max of two weeks every year or 2 weeks for every $10k of salary, up to a years salary
The CRBG plan has not recently. For no cause terminations, the package is 2 weeks per year of service maxing out at 52 weeks.
The old package was too good.
