The word is either starting tomorrow through the rest of the week or next Tuesday through Friday, senior leadership will be gifting us with yet another rounds of layoffs.
From what I’m hearing is this will be the norm for 2024 until they reach a financial number to satisfies the stockholders and the board.

It may not necessarily just be people unhappy with their bosses. There are financial hardships coming which means layoffs, unbearable workloads, confusion, and stress. Our jobs are not fun when working in these environments. The older generations pushed through at their own expense, but I cannot see millennials and younger willing to sacrifice for the good of a company. Good for them. We’re in different times.
And higher ups in AKs area keep leaving... paint it as they wish, people leave companies for one main reason, the leaders above them.
