No severance. Instead, they will cut your hours and put you on shifts they know you do not want until you quit. But that's before they get on your case for coming in late and nit-picking on every little thing you did that never bothered them until now.
Did we miss the Severance? Who's getting it?

If they could offer you a comparative job no severance. Not sure if true but maintenance people offered severance since nothing comparable.
