Athina and leaders are a complete joke.
Instead of being fired, S&T HR actually received an award for the management of this transformation! It is sickening how low they are sinking. This transformation has clearly shown how weak, and clueless HR is in this company despite calling themselves "People Function". The leaders that are leaving are prioritizing their mental health so good for them.

Athina's team members keep dropping like flies, even the tenured ones. LatAm transformation is out, Ranjan soon to depart, Mattijs and a few others, also a lot more one layer down. I just lost track. It is impossible to make sense of this mess and have a rational work agenda.
