The deleted posts didn't violate terms but they are gone now so anything can be claimed by anyone.
It's 100% being moderated and MDT is involved. In the last two hours alone, two different comments just from this thread have been removed.
Both were about the previous post from a Senior Director telling people how to avoid getting RIFed. It was 100% correct and using terms that are absolutely verifiable by any employee willing to ask a few questions. MDT DIE/DEI team is making threats to website administrators.
Yeah, I don't think Medtronic had anything to do with the deletion. It appears the whole website is administered, and the site moderators scrub this place on a regular basis.
I've found this post on the AT&T's forum, but I think it applies for all forums here (just substitute "T" with "Medtronic")

There are hundreds of active forums here, and rules above are the same for all of them. It's pretty obvious that T doesn't have any influence over this site, if they had there would be zero threads left, cause I don't see a single post here that sings praises to T.
They might be reading /reporting some posts or writing to page to take something down, but unless they have some legal ground for it, nothing will happen.
So, if you follow the site rules and US libel laws, your post will stick.
