Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Sham

This is a sham. Post anything critical and sf gets it deleted. It's basically an extortion racket where you provide the blackmail info so layoff gets paid.

Everything here is critical, to the point its almost ridiculous. This site desperately needs some form of moderation. Most the recent pots are about a company that isnt SF, guarded by about 15 HCL posters who spam the board. Theres the deranged ex-agent who spams the board all day. Nothing really of value has been posted here since this site was identified by management during the LOC closures like 6 years ago, because managers in the know wont use the site, as its monitored. Its a strange place, other company forums seem to have no issue. Its sad as this company really could use a spot to post anonymously, was sad to lose this place as a good way to share info, and its sad to see what posts are here as topics. Almost nothing that reads from a real employee here, lots of huge stretches by the ex-agent spamming, and then, ofc, most posts are about HCL, people who don't work at state farm but are occupying the forums, and seem to not realize how poorly their department did before rebadging, and act like claim handlers feel for their rebadge loss, which no one liked the tech support before it was so low quality no one is noticing the transition.

Anyway, use caution here. Not sure what is attracting deranged people here, but take anything you read here as a distorted exaggeration.

Copied from an old thread

@OP, there is no room for conspiracy, the only "powerful" people who can delete posts here are the site moderators, and they do that if you violate one of the content rules

In short, post gets deleted from here if it contains:

-names, PII (it's ok to name and criticize public figures like c-suits and comms, not ok to name a coworker or direct manager);
-foul language, personal insults;
-impersonating someone in a misleading manner;
-racism, derogatory speech towards groups or individuals;
-threats towards people or property.
The full list of rules can be found in the page footer, but this pretty much covers it.

I have seen posts disappear. Not sure if this is due to someone in Bloomington demanding it or if this site does so for editorial reasons.

If posts are deleted it would be nice to know why.

What? SF owns this site? You’re nuts. They’d shut it all down if they did.

@2hgt. I agree with you 100% however, bullying people who share different opinions and not allowing them to grow with the company because of differing opinions is not inclusive. I have seen it done way too many times and Im sure most have as well who have been there for at least 10 years.

You can “disagree” and still do your job. Maybe even add some value. “Inclusion” does not mean they have to pay unproductive people working against their interest. When you’re wasting your workday trashing your employer on a website….you’re just a loser.

I'd love the OP to detail exactly how The Layoff is an "extortion racket". He's a drama queen Karen with a truckload of grievances.

Funny how they escalate to thrash. Disagree with employer is not thrashing. They preach inclusion and if you disagree you are thrashing. Do you see the hypocrisy? Life is learning and failure is inability to learn.

@2kpg……There is no “God given right” to openly trash your employer. But you do have the right to leave, and they have the right to release you. Also, please explain the math wizardry that will fix underwriting losses without rate increases.

The OP and 2 of the posts (to himself) are from the old retiree that hasn’t worked at SF in 12 years. His message is always same -management bad , the are taking away your rights. This is how he spends his few years left. How sad.

Doesnt everyone see it's all about power and control over you. The more they chip away at your GOD GIVEN RIGHTS, the more power and control they have over you. This is why they dont let you speak by canceling you and taking away your rights for their benefit and profit while their behavior and narrative is counter productive. Example: 25 million dollar bonus, underwriting loses, premium increases, and so on. Cant the minions see their ethics are not in line with their narrative? They dont like to be called out on it.

Yep, don’t tick off the moderator before he has his fruit loops in the morning.

There is no freedom of speech at SF nor on this site.

OP is an id--t. Virtually everything on here is critical. Maybe OP has no
class and no writing skills. And there are literally thousands of companies on this site. SF doesn’t control it or care what’s on it.
