First they extend it to 5/23, now it's open till the 5/31.... what a joke! Vena and the execs need to take a hint we aren't buying or want what they're selling. They made their beds... not our fault they're not getting participation or the answers they want for what they promised the feds. Win together Vena says but as I remember during contracts we were told we don't contribute to or affect profits so why would we start now.

Log onto up webpage. Go to employees section . Click on MyUp. Click on messages rectangle on upper left of page .

Eric wants to take away sick days because the fra is already onto them storing and unstoring what's left of the fleet to manipulate the fact we don't have people to function. Same as they are only allowing how much of you vacation can be taken every 6 months, only 5 days can be broken up into individual days every 6 months, everything else has to be whole weeks and the computers track daily manpower so if some one on another shift has off you're out of luck even though it doesn't affect your shift. Or worst case the company system dictates when you are allowed your weeks. Anything has to be personal days or use your sick days.... at least how it is in mechanical. oh the irony.

What survey? I work in area we are kept in dark is survey online? Does it have to be sent to you? I'm U.P. employee would like to look at survey.
