Wonderful BT is not going very well at all in my little area, how is it going in the different groups across the company?

@Today’s Tom Sawyer, you couldn't be more right, it used to be a fun place to work with ups and downs. The people of P66 are what made it a great place. BT trashed all of that for short term results. The amount of brain drain over the last 5 years is hard to believe. Now we're left with the smartest guys in the room spewing corporate BS.
It’s so bad, it’s not even bull shyt, it’s horse shyt. We need to go into renewable shyt refining. Tons of Gross margin there.
Finance is now a hollow shell of what it once since the creation of AES under the BT banner. What was once a fun company to work for has gone to s**t. Most of us are just waiting patiently for the sweet release of our severance date. Those being retained wish they weren’t.
Without BT, our company stock would be $50/share. With BT, we get to achieve everything we ever dreamed.
No way we will meet our Transformation savings, unless it’s they make a claim like Advantage 66. Any news on BCG outcome. Heard we can have a 32 hour work week.
Any word on layoffs?
I miss Jim V Mulva. No school like the old school.
The ELT will have us think it’s going swimmingly after they self-servingly gave themselves a golden shield award.
Now Scott, you know your other personality will come out during full moons. You need to embrace that, especially working for your employer. At times, you will be challenged with that.
Stay true to the Howard family
No I’m the original werewolf. I support this message.
The ELT are my aspirational life Heros!
I'm the original Werewolf. If posts are made under my name supporting BT. the ELT, the ratings system, or local management, you can be sure that it is an impostor doing the posting.
But you succeeded in providing your boss the results needed for their 1 or 2 rating.
Like most of what this company does these days, it's a total boondoggle. We claim values for things that are not showing up at all in the process data, just some baby engineer's Hysys calculations. We have initiatives that DIRECTLY compete with other initiatives, but we claim the value of both. Once something makes it into WAVE, it's impossible to raise any objections against it. The RLT gets super passionate over particularly tiny little initiatives and we end up spending half our day cajoling operators into making tiny moves to maybe save a few thousand dollars in energy over the year (according to the Hysys calculations that is, again, not visible on the process data), only for the next shift to undo them. People are getting 3's despite making huge contributions to the company because they "aren't enthusiastic about BT."
Just hot garbage all around.
