Heard we can expect layoffs well in September. It’s clear that it’s a numbers and favoritism game at this point with plenty of respected leaders walking out due to her poor management. The lack of communication and change management during this reorg send a clear message of the new culture and everyone should be worried. It’s clear that the S&T org is going to the ground.

For now there is very little or almost no news, no next steps on this S&T transformation. There is only one meeting planned next week. Is there anything happening in this topic ? Anything to expect ?
I have lost all respect for all of the S&T leadership the way they are handling the layoffs, the lack of communication and empathy... if you are a type A butt kisser you will make it in S&T and will be successful..
