Look at the folks leaving or being let go then look at the execs still here and ask yourself, why would I want to work for this bunch of id--ts. ECA is a cluster and even worst with the CIO from failed SVB hiring more failures from SVB. But really, do any of you think MUFG America is going to get better? Kevin needs to go and HO needs to take over everything and let go of the dead weight CFO and his minions and the CRO as well as the CIO who is creating a toxic workplace like she did at previous stints at CIT and SVB and BoA

Folks are doing the minimum requirements of one’s job and putting in no more time, effort, or enthusiasm than absolutely necessary. Kick the can down the road.
