If you leave ibm - fired or otherwise - you will get in touch with Fidelity, who will work with you to determine how you want to manage your 401k - roll it into a different 401k, move to an IRA, etc...
I hope they laid off the marketing bi--hes at IBM Canada in Markham. The nastiest bi--hes I have ever worked with in my entire career. I found IBM to be racist towards my ethnicity. Awful place to work.
