Now that there is more desk space from the layoffs watch them have everyone back in the office 5 days a week

They would have to layoff over a quarter of the company to make room in some offices. Were nowhere near that (yet).
Sounds like you want to be in the office five days a week, @5mag+1s6HjDgB.
FU-K THAT. I’m glad the campus had Italian marble and landscaping if it means I can be hybrid.
No. Vanguard can have it.
Charlotte should have stuck to the original plan as it is missing another buildings/parking deck on its massive campus… When they had two other offices close by and a shuttle it was horrible… Talk about a lack of collaboration when most of IT was not on main campus but in the other buildings.
If they built the extra buildings/parking deck in 2000 instead of all going with all that expensive Italian granite (not to mention the money spent for the landscaping contract) they would not need to hotel associates and would be at 5 days a week in the US, almost right after the RTO in 2022.
In Charlotte, they should have bought that brand new office down the street that was abandoned... Vanguard beat them to it.
I don't think so. I don't think layoffs are happening in all departments.
Don’t see that happening since Charlotte still has way more associates than desks. There was a point where they didn’t have enough parking spaces. Even with the added flat lots. Since no light rail service to the campus it will be hard to do.
Plus with everyone now “hoteling” in all cities, it doesn’t make sense to switch back to 5 days a week without getting rid of that for permanent seating. Not saying they won’t but a flip flop move like that so soon after investing in the tech and restacking would be downright id--tic and embarrassing for the executive leadership team…
