it will be interesting to see how senior management spins the results.

I can tell you for a fact that Talent Management who administers the surveys can access the names of those who responded.
I could not honestly answer YES to everything. I know the results boost the team overall Look, so I was going to be YES on all. But it was impossible. Do you like working here? Do you know the strategy of the company? Would you recommend family or friends to work here? and 30 more "watcha doin" "how ya feelin". I dug deep for positive and could not click the ultimate YES. It was a mixed bag. Anyways, we will have this survey again in October.
You can find all the blue pilled butt kissers on Yammer...Just look for the people who are always first to comment on upper management posts with "Yes!" and "Way to go!" and "Were the best!" types of cr-p.
They must live in some candy land type of world.
So many funny posts here. The surveys are like a compliance checkbox. Give your honest feedback since that's the only way the company can understand your gripes and praises. The bottom 33% of gripers and the upper 33% of buttt kissers are ranked low, it's the middle 33% that they listen to. Copilot filters all the stuff anyways.
Those surveys are not anonymous! I know its been mentioned, but it's absolutely true! On Monday, I received a Happy email that said "THEY" noticed I have not completed the Survey and I have up to 5pm to complete. Someone or something recognizes employees who have not completed the Survey. Which makes me believe my answers are tied back to my corporate ID.
They're not giving raises because they don't need to. That you stay here in spite of not getting one just reinforces HR's thinking. Type away honestly, they don't care as long as you stick around rather than bailing for better salary elsewhere.
The survey is not about the company. It's whether you, the employee, are drinking the koolaid. If you aren't, the question is what does it take to guzzle more. That's what "engaged" employee means according to Gallup, which sold HR on this nonsense. It has nothing to do with whether the company is on the right or wrong track or how Kate and her clowns are doing.
"These surveys are NOT ANONYMOUS!"
Correct. They are not. Which is why I get very honest with comments, especially in the way of pay. Think of it...not giving raises is something every manager wants to avoid talking about...so ive gotten real and honest and even a little abrasive when filling out my comments so they can SEE it. You want to be cheap F-ks....own it.
These surveys are NOT ANONYMOUS!
Negative view equals DOOM!!!
All negative comment on the survey will be flagged. Last thing you want in this company if for you to be on there radar.
I spoke out on the scheduling and that you still required to work weekends while on pto. I spoke out how many customers we lose because of system issues and processes. Ive never said a word in all the years ive been here.
What was the AGI call?
I took the package on the 12th and they have ki-led my network access
Spin? The survey is about employee engagement, not how the company is doing.
that AGI call this morning was the real pep talk I was needing this morning
same old same, will be positive on the number of respondents, gloss over negatives about lack of pay increases, and still spin they are on the right track...
