To get the company profitable - let's start by reducing T's salary from $22MM to the $14MM we paid Roger. He accomplished a lot!! She has met a lot of Biden's staff and been on TV... the last two years should have been VERY profitable - as the interest rates have risen -- and they weren't. that's not the fault of the people who were laid off. That responsibility lies in the CEO's lap. That $8MM per year difference of salary would have covered all the salaries of the people who were actually working to serve TIAA's clients...

They are even laying off folks in NCC and I have never seen that.

Right now IT is down 20% - goal # is not set because they need to get to a 75%/25% ratio of onshore vs offshore.
